I successfully returned by a FasTrak tag by dropping it in the mailbox without packaging. After dropping it in the mailbox, I told FasTrak by chat what I had done. The agent said it would probably get lost, but in any case, I should check my account in three weeks. I just did that, and the tag was removed from my account.
